Tuaran Mee is one of the must have noodles in Sabah. Its origins comes from Tuaran Town, thus the name . To make the Tuaran Mee, the noodles will be fried and serve with Chun Kien slice (Sabah Hakka Spring roll), Char siu and vegetable.
