The most difficult cake to make, the Sarawak layer cake or better know as “kek lapis Sarawak”

The Sarawak layer cake or better know as “kek lapis Sarawak” is a layered cake made in Sarawak, Malaysia. They were usually sold all around the states of Malaysia during cultural celebrations such as Aidil-Fitri, Christmas, Deepavali and weddings. Malaysians usually served the layer cake during an open house on festival day.
